Chelsey WongChelsey Wong holds an MA degree from Kansai University, Osaka, where her research focused on the causes underlying the changing image of deer in contemporary Japan. Aside from her interest in food production and consumption, both their history and contemporary practices, Chelsey is also interested in ethics, particularly environmental ethics, which she studied as an undergraduate and postgraduate majoring in cross-cultural studies.
